My name is Kefas John Usman, and I serve as the Farm/Project Manager at Sagad Farms Limited.

I hold a B.Agriculture (Crop Production and Horticulture), M. Tech (Ecosystem Management) from Modibbo Adama University, Yola.

I started my working career as agricultural officer II, with the Adamawa State government. And rose through the ranks to director cader.

Also privilege to actively participate in labor activism.

Having the privilege to have been part of success stories of many agricultural projects, that include pioneer farm manager of Adamawa State Farming Skills Acquisition Center. Participated in many recovery programs of the northeast due to boko Haram Insurgency .

Worked with INGOs USAID/IITA agricultural Activity northeast, USAID/Catholic Relief Services water for Agriculture, USAID/COB/EYN Soybean Innovation Lab etc.

This enables me to coordinate farm activities with passion and commitment at Sagad Farms. So also on project on Investing In Women .

As farm/Project manager, I am committed to purposeful leadership and innovation to optimize the farm output in a sustainable way while embracing technologies and processes.

My vision is to align with the vision of the company to make it the largest rice company in Nigeria and the world at large.
